The three-piece ball valve is composed of three parts, the bonnet and the middle valve body. The difference between the three-piece ball valve and the two-piece ball valve and the one-piece ball valve is that it is easy to disassemble and maintain.
In terms of pressure, the pressure resistance of the three-piece type is much higher than that of the one-piece and two-piece ball valves. The outside of the three-piece ball valve is mostly fixed by four bolts, which plays a very good tightening role. The precision casting valve body can reach a pressure of 1000psi≈6.9MPa. Higher pressures require forged valve bodies.
Distinguish from the economic point of view: the three-piece type is higher than the two-piece and one-piece in terms of material and price, and the three-piece valve body is composed of three parts and has higher pressure. The one-piece type has the best price, because the main material is significantly less than the two-piece and three-piece types.
